Mecarni Flooring is a division of Sun Coast Carpet Care, Inc. which was established in Orange Park, FL in 1997 originally only providing carpet care services.

• High pressure sales?
  Never! We realize that you are the consumer and that major purchases require a lot of thought and consideration. That is why we offer free estimates. We're here when you are ready to purchase. We won't try to push or persuade you. We're here to help you make an informed decision about what you want to purchase.
• How long does it take for my floor coverings to be ordered?
  Your purchase will be ordered by the next business day and usually are shipped within 72 hours. In most cases, installation can be done within 10 days.
• Do you have commercial and residential lines?
  Yes, we have both. We offer everything from apartment and rental property grade floor coverings to medium and high-end designer choices.
• What types of payments do you accept?
  Mecarni accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. With approved credit, we also have different same as cash financing options. When you place your order, we require a minimum downpayment of 50% that is non-refundable due to the fact that we have to pay shipping and a restock fee on returned special orders. This payment will be applied to your purchase. Full amount is due when your flooring is installed unless you have finances with us.
• What are the prices on your floor coverings?
  Prices vary based on your selection. All samples are labeled with a price that includes the whole package - the floor covering, standard pad if applicable and installation. All sample pricing includes the whole package – the floor covering, standard pad, if applicable, and installation. If you upgrade your pad or require special floor work that will be discussed before you make the purchase. All molding, thresholds, baseboards and quarter round needed will also be determined and added to your final price. Everything will be explained to you and in writing before you purchase and you will be given a total which will not change. There are no hidden charges. Everything is figured based on the total yardage or square feet.
• What about warranties?
  Flooring comes with the manufacturers warranty and Mecarni guarantees workmanship for two full years. We only use licensed, insured and experienced installers.
